Does anyone use a service called Alignable?

I got invited by a business broker to join his referral network on Alignable.... I figured I'd give it a shot and signed up. 
 
It's not all that clear to me what the service is for or if as many people in my network are using it as Alignable says.  Am I missing something?  Does anyone use it?

I believe it's a relatively "new" service but I've mainly seen it for mom&pop businesses and referring leads to each other. I don't think it'd be useful for finding a business to buy but may give you some connections to reach out to to see if they know anyone.

What does the business broker use it for? To generate leads? I checked it out. It looks like all mom and pop businesses not worth your while.
