I would love to learn about the opportunities that are created by the renewed focus on a Green USA. Which industries do you see the greatest opportunities? What deals have you found recently or any buzz about going 'green'.

Things that have "Green" aspect; renewables, nuclear, etc. Environmental consulting. Also look at A/E, construction that touches the infrastructure plan. In general, I think many good years for GovCon ahead. I've personally focused my search on my geography + things with some connection to above.

I've had one owner explain to me that Q1 2021 has been better than all of 2019+2020. Reason being, a lot of companies gearing up for expected glut in such funding. Great for TTM, not great for buying on a high / peak. I'm worried about lack of motivation to sell right now with a few proprietary prospects.

You've got a thriving manufacturing area around you in OH (saw your post about staying in your geography). Finding the right fit in manufacturing could be great too. I expect general "reshoring" or at least less inclination to offshore to continue to be a good thing for this industry in this Administration.
