Does anyone know typical leverage in DACH region?

Hi all, I'm looking to find out (i) what is typical for senior and mezzanine leverage in the DACH region (ii) interest costs including proportion of cash vs. PIK for mezzanine and (iii) who are the mezzanine lenders in DACH?
