Does anyone know owners of small financial advisory businesses?

I'm looking to speak with owners of the following businesses to learn more about the industry:
- Small RIAs
- Small/medium CFP/CHFC shops
- Financial coaching or financial therapy practices

As a nice to have, I'm particularly interested in shops that have younger/more tech-savvy clientele.
