Does anyone know of good resources for learning about M&A tax issues?

Hi everyone, in my role I’ve gotten somewhat comfortable with M&A tax issues, but I’m looking for a resource to go a bit deeper since most of my learning has been on the job. Ideally a course or a book or something along those lines if possible.

Why not go to an expert instead of getting anecdotal information? Tax accountants. In less than an hour they can tell you what you need to know and it will refer to your situation. You'll get a better answer if you describe your business acquisition criteria. (Don't let the tail wag the dog: taxation.)
