Flare Capital based in Boston, www.flarecapital.com. Slow Ventures I think will also consider healthcare IT.

A few that come to mind, Arboretum Ventures, Jazz, Health Velocity, Transformation Capital, F-Prime, Oak HC/Ft. In addition a lot of the larger funds have teams focused on the HC side.
