Does anyone know of any US lenders who provide debt for cross border deals?

Hi All,

I am currently evaluating an e-commerce company, structured as an "S" corporation in the US. I intend to acquire a 100% asset of this company.

Are there any US-based lenders provide cashflow lending for acquiring of a US company by UK SPV? Alternately I can set up a company in the US. Are there US lenders provide funding for the non-resident owner of a US entity?

Dhaval, we would consider your scenario. Can we get financials on the company and breakdown of the debt request and the amount of cash you are putting in the deal? We can also set up a brainstorm call tomorrow, Wednesday, 2/3/21.

If it's within a conventional bank's appetite, just look for one that operates in both countries. In your case, HSBC. In Canada, we've used Wells Fargo for deals as they operate in US and Canada. It might not work for every situation, but it's a logical place to start.
