I'd be interested in hearing if anyone has direct experience as a searcher. From my experience in Corp Dev, we didn't like small businesses with a big consulting focus - lack of recurring revenues, relationships tied to the owner, and surprisingly low margin. But my sample size is small so would be curious to hear more.

I just finish selling a HHRR consulting company in Peru. (focus on executive search). I started selling it in###-###-#### the transition of the clients took a long time. Happy to share more if interested
