I have a list of more than 60 franchise attorneys who just attended Restaurant Finance and Development Conference last week if you want to email me. I’m just not always on here: redacted

I have a signed LOI to buy a franchisor right now and we plan to close in January, so I’m looking for one myself right now (but who is more focused on franchisor transfer).
