We have a business under LOI, they are a franchisor and have $1m a year in royalties coming in.
$1m in revenue with $550k in EBITDA. We have it under LOI at $1.5M purchase price.
We are looking for alternative lenders that don't require a PG.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
