I am Looking private lending for Down Payment Assistance to Purchase Automotive Repair Services.

I am interested in purchasing automotive repair services in Orlando, Sarasota, Tampa Florida. I am looking for down payment to facilitate the transaction. Price on a typical shop with:

Real Estate $1.4 Mil
Gross Revenue $1.3 Mil
SDE $300k

With Out Real Estate:

Business Shop $600K
Gross Revenue $1.3 Mil
SDE $300k

We are a Commercial Loan Brokerage Shop with over 500 funding partners including conventional financing, SBA financing, and private money lending. I think the challenge you are going to find is just about all private money lenders are looking to lend on deals and not to provide the equity. If you need equity, I think you need to be looking for equity partners, not debt. I hope this helps to clarify.
