Hi everyone, I’m a Project Engineer in heavy civil construction, currently supporting large infrastructure projects with a focus on scheduling, production planning, cost control, and field operations. My day-to-day involves managing crews, coordinating with subcontractors, reviewing job costs, improving production rates, and troubleshooting issues that impact margins and schedules.
