You can differentiate yourself on any number of characteristics (size, product, demographic geography, etc). One specific advantage that comes to mind is the M/WBE procurment requirements that many cities have in place. One clarification - facilities management became a natural extension of both Aramark's and Sodexo's business, their primary area being foodservice contracting. Were you looking at facility management only, or foodservice as well?
