Message me and I'll connect you with a few. From my days as an M&A lawyer I have friends at very large law firms in Miami/Ft.Lauderdale (DLA Piper, Greenberg Traurig, Akerman) that do a ton of M&A. Also some smaller, regional firms if you want some price flexibility.
