Hi Searchfunders! I am in the process of buying a sub $200K business and need an attorney to review the asset and purchase and lease agreements. While I'm at it, I 'll need an accountant to perform a review of the financials. Does this community have recommendations?

I think SMB group has a mainstreet light package for deals under 1M.
