I'm a new searcher and debating the value of attending (time and $). Would welcome first-hand knowledge. Thanks!

Thanks for the tag, Luke. Jamie, I would say it is absolutely worth it. I attended last year (among many other conferences and boot camps). Compared to the other conferences out there, it’s completely focused on self-funded so you get maximum returns on all aspects of closing a deal and interviews/QA with who might be on your future deal team. SIG knows what they’re doing as well and are very successful in the self funded space.

And compared to boot camps, this conference is significantly less expensive while pulling in the same key players in the industry. I would say attending once is worth it for sure.

I’m probably (absolutely) biased since I’m a sponsor and speaker. 😀. We had great feedback from the conf last year. It’s even more targeted with tactical breakout sessions. And time for networking. Dinners lunches and drinks. I’m so excited for it. ^redacted‌ and I are polishing up our latest case study for Saturday on from PRE-LOI to close. Come join us and our other great speakers.
