Hi Vijar. For my first acquisition, the first meeting with the banks went bad. One of the target company's bankers hated the deal and tried to kill it because of ... one of our investors, who was present at the meeting (as a caution for our young team). That investors had refused to invest in this banker's favourite football club a few years before, and the banker was still mad at him for that reason. It took us a long time to find out... Now this banker is a strong supporter of our Search Fund's team, thanks to the great results we had in the following years.
