Does anyone have experienced hiring outsourced back office workers in Latam

I am trying to hire someone in Latam to work in our back office team, but am struggling to find good people down there. Has anyone successfully found good candidates in those markets? If so how did you source them?

I don't have experience specifically in LatAm, but I have worked with an outsourced automation start-up, so can speak to the landscape and what works/doesn't work well. I also recently spoke with a former classmate who runs an outsourced sales team start-up in Brazil, so can share what I learned from that. DM me if curious.
