I've never used one - I've actually never had a marketing department at all. The people I want to market to are existing clients whom we simply haven't spoken to. The nature of my business is embedded within claims department at major insurance companies but the issue we've run into is that our users simply are not aware of all the services available to them. those whom have been using us for years - through no fault of their own - think we specialize in the couple claims types they've sent our way for years and can't believe it when they find out their employers service contract allows them to effectively send anything they receive for our services. If I could pay just anyone to make dials and send emails I would but given the nature of my clients operation policies - traditional methodologies and nothing else can't be it. Any thoughts?

Hey ^redacted‌, I run a full-service digital marketing agency and I have some thoughts to share with you.

In a general thought, what my suggested approach is instead of giving someone for dialing or emailing, create an alias email and send an email to the client from that.

The email can be either asking them to reconnect if it has been a while, asking for a virtual meeting and clearing the agenda or you can send them an email with an appreciation of working with you along with a quick introduction that what else they would be able to use you for.

Let me know if there is any limitations due to which it won't be feasible.

I would love to understand your problems and help you find a way to educate your clients with your offerings, you can take care of the execution or hire my team if you find the need of it.

Send me an email at redacted

^redacted‌ I've built and sold a few marketing firms over the years, what you are looking at is an effort to support and account management or inside sales (amongst other names) effort depending on who's defining it. With the type of buyers you're describing you seem to be needing more awareness type campaigns with possibly senior level ROI or education focused content (newsletters and such). Mostly it depends on the $ value of a sale or the lifetime value of a new claims person using you. Feel free to DM me if you'd like to share a bit and I might be able to point you a bit closer to your goal.
