Looking at a manufacturing business acquisition that would include property. $6M purchase price. Trying to understand how I can best structure the LOI to set this up to for a sale-leaseback.

So $22,000 would be mortgage if you were to buy it. How much would be the fair market rent? Is this a proprietary deal or do they have an advisor? It seems like they haven't been thinking this part through.
