Does anyone have experience with truck washes?

This specific opportunity is more of a real estate play but it involves a truck wash operation. I am curious to hear of any red flags to look for, operating best practices, etc.

Came here to say the same as Steve. Make sure the environmental is very tight. Also similar to a regular car was but bigger outbound opportunity to connect with big truck fleets

Would you be operating the truck wash? Or is it a Blue Beacon, for example, and you are just subletting? We paid about $50 per wash for tractor only (fleet rate) have seen decks that advertise much higher rates and would be careful on those projections. Might want to call a Blue Beacon or similar and have them operate it for you, otherwise could be a billing nightmare.
