Yeah I do. It's still very early days here. Even some established investors (angel, HNWI, PE) are not familiar with the concept. It's important that you leverage as much credibility as possible, so this is why when I started I built a board of advisors and partners and opened my wallet and paid for flights, accommodation, and paid for retainer fees. Free gets you people who work for 'free' paying will attract talent. Hope this helps

I would do what is logistically simplest for you, first. If all are equal (which they're not: you don't speak every language, I assume, etc. ad nauseum). The folks we joke with describe it as having a bias in favor of "beer-drinking vs. wine-drinking countries". Biggest issue in Europe for us is usually labor. Honestly unless you have an advantage in Europe over the US, there is no contest for the US being the better deal.
