I'm considering a deal for residential painter, $2 million annual revenue, and I would appreciate connecting with searchers who can share experiences of similar acquisitions. What KPIs they considered that were unique to that space?

Our observation from conversations with our portfolio CEOs is that labor constraints in home services are a very real concern. Turnover and losing employees to competitors, relocation, and moving on to work in other industries is real. Goes for all industries at this time.

Same question. I found a company with a little over $1M in revenue. The owner is not painting but active in estimating/customer relations. Is labor turnover the big issue in this space like so many home services?
