Does anyone have experience with publics works projects?

I am evaluating a commerical painting company doing $5M rev/$1M EBITDA whose revenue comes almost exclusively from new-build public works projects in WA state. I'm trying to get smart on public works funding to assess its strengths/weaknesses and outlook, particularly as we enter such a precarious macroenvironement. If anyone has any experience, resources, or contacts in this area please let me know!

Hi ^Searchfunder member‌, I have experience on the legal side of this. For due diligence, contract review is really important to make sure they'll transfer or the Newco will be able to continue to be eligible as a contractor for public works. I'd be happy to discuss this further.
