Does anyone have experience with Partnership Agreements?

Hello everyone,

I am working on preparing a new partnership and as we go through the sourcing process, I want to activate a light agreement that can get us started. We will go through a more intense agreement as we get closer to LOI/closing but just want to get something on the books to cover our basis.

Any thoughts?
