Just closed an eComm deal with Ryan Condie at Quiet Light. My background is in eComm so it was a natural fit and the nice thing about online businesses is that they are often virtual, so it was a good fit for my lifestyle. Since it sounds like you are early on in the process, I'd recommend learning more about the various types of businesses out there, pros/cons, etc. Ryan Condie has a good podcast called "Let's Buy A Business" that's a good intro to buying online businesses. As you get closer and into later stages of a deal, there are lots of key things I learned on the fly about the nuts and bolts of HOW to actually transition. Lots of headaches with google, meta, etc. LOL. Happy to share once the dust has settled.
