Take a look at: https://www.earlybirdcapital.com/spac-transactions/completed-spac-mergers to see some examples. UBPS acquire 3 companies using one SPAC fund vehicle (e.g., https://www.bizjournals.com/philadelphia/blog/jeff-blumenthal/2012/07/innovator-shah-says-deal-improves.html). Alternatively, once you acquire an operating company, you can use that as an operating base to acquire more companies in subsequent transactions. The key is to realize synergy — however you may choose to define it.

Would be interested in learning more about this as well. HBS Conference this year had a panel about multiple entities, but it seemed like most of these were at least roll-ups or highly-related franchisees. I'd be interested in hearing about fully separate acquisitions under the same fund vehicle.
