Its an interesting space very RE dependent but strong revenue model. Outside of major cities, airport park and ride businesses offer a similar proposition while adding more business value and coming at lower RE dependent pricing

I would be more concerned about ride sharing (e.g. Uber and Lyft), especially in major cities where parking space is more scarce.
