Does anyone have experience with Excel freelancers for data modelling?

Has anyone built an automated way to ingest target financial data, and output it into their "own" modelling format in Excel or Sheets?
Would love to connect and learn from your experience. I am also looking to connect with anyone who freelances building these types of models.
