Does anyone have experience with commercial coating/sealant businesses?

I'm looking at a business whose core business lines are foundation waterproofing, parkade sealants, garage floors etc.

Does anyone have any experience with these? Curious to ask a few specific questions if so.

Thanks ^redacted‌ - Have any of you guys looked at any of these deals or have any experience operating them? Looking at one right now and trying to identify any opportunity specific landmines to watch out for.
