Does anyone have experience with care agencies in the UK ?

There are a couple of businesses for sale in my area of the UK that are being marketed under relatively attractive headline terms - EBITDA c. £300k with asking price of c.£1m - but asset light and leasehold premises only.

Would like to know what the pitfalls of this particular field might be - e.g. key customer risk, demand side appears to be fine but is the supply of qualified staff likely to be an issue, etc? Would be great to hear from anyone with relevant experience.

Also what would be best advice for financing options given limited fixed assets?

I would be happy to chat as well. I ran home care agencies in the US and invested in one in the UK. redacted
