I am looking at Europe (Italy or Poland) but I guess the principles will be similar elsewhere too?

Interested in the production part, not the logistics alone.

Hi Marcello, redacted Bought a winery 10 years ago in California, though more for the attached vineyard management company. The old adage applies - 'if you want to make a small fortune in wine, start with a large one" - unless you have a very specific plan to handle the capital/labor/time-intensive challenges that lead it to be studied in some business schools as the 'worst business model' around.
