Does anyone have experience with acquiring an EdTech Business?

Being in the education sector I've seen a rise in the amount of EdTech platforms being integrated into schools. I'm curious to know if anyone has guidance on this sector and if it seems like a good space to explore under the ETA business model.

^redacted‌ Although not EdTech currently, We recently purchased a math lesson and resource website with plans to pivot into Edtech and tutoring. I should also state a disclaimer that I have no previous experience in EdTech.
