Small, profitable, good growth rate. It's a company I've founded that someone wants to invest a minority stake in — thus we want the valuation to be maximized, yet realistic.

Germany-based yet majority of customers are in the US, followed by W. Europe.

Would need to understand the product itself + bookings & unit economics a bit more given the lack of scale.
