Does anyone have experience setting up a credit facility or refinancing

I am looking to set up a credit facility / refinance for the target. Current note is $6M at 18% and I am looking to refinance that plus add another $12M at a lower rate.

The company is running about $6M in EBITDA.

Where are you based? targets current debt to income ratio is healthy. If target has assets your % rate can definitely be brought down to under 8 in AUS. I would suggest having a chat with a few banks in your area. many of them will be more than willing to help write a loan that size.
