Does anyone have experience selling / valuing IP?

I've run into a couple of businesses that have not so profitable financials, but potentially great IP like patents and product designs. Does anyone have experience valuing IP and placing that into the sales price of the business? Or selling the IP separately?

^redacted‌ - Fallingst Technologies is the leader in this space, a couple of pre-revenue companies I have done deals for have used them to value their IP. Just note they are a bit on the pricey side.

Yes, we represent a number of clients who solely purchase IP products. I'd be more than happy to assist you further in any legal concerns you may have but, we typically do not get involved in the valuation.
