Does anyone have experience searching internationally?

Hi all, I am currently reviewing a business registered in Singapore, but operating and generating its revenue in Australia.

Does anyone have experience with international searches / asset purchases, as well as post-transaction operations (tax implications, etc.)? Specifically, I would like to understand any roadblocks or unexpected challenges those with international search experience faced.

I plan on hiring an international tax advisor if this progresses into the LOI stage, but appreciate any up-front information the Searchfunder community is able to share.
