I'm in the market to buy residential real estate to convert into commercial to layer on the operating businesss
Does anyone have any experience raising capital for that kind of venture?
I'm exploring SBA loans and private lenders. Would love to understand feasibility of raising LP's, finding a sponsor or more traditional PE
