Does anyone have experience partnering with an A+ operator on day 1?

Hi Searchfunder Community, I am seeking to connect with professionals who have successfully acquired businesses, held majority ownership, and prioritized the development of infrastructure—people, processes, capital allocation, and technology—while partnering with an A+ operator (President / GM) to manage day-to-day operations.
