I'd love to learn about your thoughts on the area, specifically the day-to-day experience of running a business in this space. What are the biggest stressors on your mind, and the minds of your contractors?

Marisa, was looking into an HVAC company in the South-east that looked very promising from the "outside". Owner ran the business for over 20years, low fluctuation in staff, good CF, mostly commercial work. However, the company had an agreement with a union (this is not HVAC specific, just happened to be uncovered during the dd phase). There was a difference of USD 5 Mio that the owner still owed the union. Hence we buried this deal since the owner wasn't willing to negotiate on pricing.
