Does anyone have experience looking at Clinical Site Management Biz?

Some of our interns recently did some proprietary research in the space. It's a technically complex space, but overlaps with my background. Has anyone on here had a deal in this industry under LOI? What would you look for as a first screen having done deeper diligence?

Hi Curtis - a few years back, one of my clients acquired a Clinical Trial Services business, which also does clinical trial services management. I also worked with an EU based organization making a US market entry into the US which specifically did clinical trial management.
