Does anyone have experience in the valuation of leasing companies?

I'm looking at several deals with medical equipment leasing companies. Would appreciate any considerations (e.g. multiple valuation ranges, key aspects to look out for) regarding the valuation of these type of businesses. Thanks.

Hmmm... also interested in this topic, but no input since April. No wonder why it's a bit of a mystery. I'm a bit uncomfortable using EBITDA as a core metric given the large depreciation expense. It feels like EBIT might be better, or rather base valuation off of a statement of cash flows. Thoughts?
