Does anyone have experience in the system integration space?

I'm currently exploring opportunities to purchase a system integration business and was wondering if anyone here has experience or insights in this specific space. My background is not in engineering, and I'm curious about the feasibility and considerations for someone like myself acquiring this type of business.

Additionally, I've noticed a trend of large customer concentration among several integrators I've looked at. Is this common in the system integration industry, or is it more of a coincidence with the opportunities I've encountered?
