I recently acquired a masonry construction company in the Southeast and am looking to add siding (sales and installation) to our services. We work with large production home builders and commercial construction almost equally. Is there anyone in this group that has experience with siding and would be willing to help orient me? I'm trying to get my arms around profit margins & cost structures, market dynamics, hiring subcontractors, operational challenges, etc. Thanks in advance!
