Hi! I have an opportunity I'm evaluating in the private practice physical therapy space. I'm looking to talk to anyone who has spent time working in or evaluating deals in this industry.

Spent 9 months in 2018 with a deal in this space. A PT acquisition for a non-doc is an extremely complex legal maneuver within a highly regulated industry with a lot of competition. Unless the EBITDA is just overwhelmingly attractive, I'd recommending finding something easier to buy. If you're gung-ho for it, I can make intros to the folks I leaned on for advice, including some searcher CEOs who acquired private practices.

I personally don’t, but have a friend who owns a handful in AZ and runs them very well (he’s a PT and didn’t acquire one though). If interested, I can reach out to him to see if he could help.
