Does anyone have experience in the IT Managed Services business?

I am looking at an IT managed services business (network solutions, security services) for acquisition and wanted to get a better sense of economics. If anyone in the community has experience acquiring or operating in this space, please shoot me a DM. Also interested to hear the thoughts of this community on this market segment - asset-light, technology sector....etc.
