Does anyone have experience in the Electronic Content Mgmt (ECM) space?

I am evaluating a company that does data capture and BPO services in the insurance, mortgage/title, medical claims and government sectors and would like to understand the key trends, threat and opportunities presented by AI, potential for vertical or horizontal growth potential, etc. Any industry-specific knowledge and specific guidance on where I should focus my questions/diligence would be most welcome!
