My partner and I are currently in the works of possibly submitting an LOI on a commercial furniture installation business after further research and deliberation. We've already done most of the preliminary requirements such as submitting NDA's and PFS's looking over the business profile, speaking with the brokers, gathering as much information about the business as possible, and meeting the owner in person. Is anyone familiar with this space? Any insight would be incredibly helpful.
