Does anyone have experience in paving / resurfacing?

Hi everyone! New to the forum here, but I’d like to know if anyone has had experience in the paving or resurfacing industry? I found a deal that looks good, to me at least, if I can get the owner to come off his asking price. I welcome those that have experience in the construction for heavy machinery industries as well.
