Does anyone have experience in launching an Indian business in Germany?

I have recently consulted an Indian business group in launching their business in Germany. I was wondering if anyone can help me out with some prior knowledge on registration and other legal part of the business expansion.

Hey Sandip, why don't you try the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce as first point of contact:

We had some pretty good experience with those chambers. Especially in Poland.

Hi there, while there are - in my opinion - plenty of ressources how to set up a business in Germany, I have some personal ties to India and this sounds interesting! Happy to help - but as Tarek pointed out, not a lawyer....
