Does anyone have experience in launching an Indian business in Germany?

I have recently consulted an Indian business group in launching their business in Germany. I was wondering if anyone can help me out with some prior knowledge on registration and other legal part of the business expansion.

Did you try reaching out to your local directory for lawyers in business/commerce, or local Chamber of Commerce?
